IT Analyst (Network Operations): Wayne State College is seeking an IT Analyst with network administration experience to manage our Aruba and Palo Alto network environment. This is a wonderful opportunity to join the Infrastructure and Enterprise Services Team at Wayne State College. IT Specialist (Network Operations): Wayne State College (WSC) is seeking applications for a full-time staff position to work within the Client Services team in the Network and Technology Services (NATS) department. The ideal candidate will lead, direct, and oversee daily operation of the Campus Service Center with a primary focus on technical support and overall quality of service management and delivery. The candidate will collaborate daily with Network and Technology Services (NATS) department team members, vendors, students, faculty, staff, friends of WSC, and future Wildcats. They will help identify and facilitate process improvements with regards to service delivery.
o Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field, or Associate's degree plus related work experience
o Salary: Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Attractive and comprehensive benefits package. Annual salary range is $54,635.00 - $68,294.00.
