Accounts Payable Specialist

Ozark Safety Services, LLC is now hiring for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist in Montgomery.

The duties for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyze workflow processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company procedures
• Process due invoices for payment
• Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.

Ozark offers paid medical insurance (BCBS), Vacation, 401K, and Group Life Insurance. Other insurance available for payroll deductions.
