NCMS is currently seeking a full-time Accountant for its Ann Arbor office, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. The position will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, reporting and policy functions, and provide excellent customer service and issue escalation/resolution. Other responsibilities include: processing accounts payable checks, prepare, review and submit 990 annual federal tax report, State of Michigan lobbying reports, federal grant quarterly interest reimbursements, annual 1099 filings, managing the travel policy to ensure compliance with government guidelines, and reviewing audited expense reports to confirm validity of expenses and classifications.
