Knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of the waste
- Trash business
- Dumpster service
- Compactor service
- Strong email skills and navigate with different software tasks
- Understand customer base and needs
Must have excellent computer skills:
- Tech savvy
- Microsoft office
- Word
- Excel
- QuickBooks
Duties Include:
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to schedule and route Drivers to different tasks.
- Must be able to dispatch work orders to different drivers efficiently and cost effectively.
- Must have great customer service and good personality.
- Must be patient with clients.
- Can work well with others, co-workers.
- Keep up with truck maintenance records and compliance.
- Must have the motivation, drive to grow the business and keep clients and co-workers happy.
