Member Service Representative
We are looking to hire a full-time Member Service Representative (40 hours per week). Must be available until 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. as well as two Saturdays/month (special weekend pay of $2.00 more/hour). Excellent people skills are required. Prior cash handling experience is preferable. Prior telling experience is given special consideration.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Serves as liaison between member and Credit Union. Provides account information, opens new accounts, handles member's daily CU needs. Provides a variety of member savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as customer services such as sales of money orders and traveler's checks. Performs clerical duties involving electronic funds transfers and ACH functions. Reconciles accounts in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Teller and vault balancing, assists members with share certificates, debit cards, fraud disputes, IRAs, money market accounts and all other savings products and services. Researching and resolving member questions, providing account verifications, loan information and cross-selling CU services.
