Financial Administrator
Location: Rifle, CO (In office and remote) Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week) Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Financial Administrator Responsibilities: • Employee payroll (every two weeks) • Payroll liabilities and sales taxes • Input employee time for payroll as well as job cost • Employee contributions to IRA • Invoicing on a monthly and bi-weekly basis • Payments to subcontractors • Entering all expense and invoices to reconcile accounts • Providing monthly financial statements to management Financial Administrator Requirements: • High degree of proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Five years of experience in bookkeeping • Office management experience
