The position primarily focuses on student account receivables and billing. Duties may include transactions such as receipting and balancing, daily edit and deposit, student account collections, student account refunds, and other related functions. Safeguards funds and arranges transfer of funds to and from the bank. The Campus Receivables Manager may coordinate activities of others engaged in related student or other financial transactions. This position will work at and support both the Spring Valley and Glenwood Center campuses. Examples may include a Bachelor’s Degree and two years related experience, or equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities to perform the functions of the position. Special Skills or abilities directly applicable to the position: knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles; experience with standard Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
